The 10 Most Popular AoM Podcast Episodes of 2023 (So Far)

When penning lengthier-than-usual correspondence, men from Blaise Pascal and John Locke to Benjamin Franklin and Henry David Thoreau all offered a similar apology to its recipient: “I would have written a shorter letter, but I didn’t have the time.”

As a rule, it’s actually more difficult to create quality shorter content than it is longer content, and this is true for both texts and podcasts. It’s easier to have a meandering conversation that occasionally intersects with salient points than it is to drill down to only the most salient points.

Of course, sometimes you’re in the mood for that kind of free-flowing exchange.

But, when you don’t feel you have two hours to spend with the same guest on the same topic, and you want a podcast where you can listen to the whole thing on the way to and from work, the AoM podcast is here for you. From the pre-interview prep to the post-interview editing, we work hard to distill down the most interesting and/or actionable ideas in every under-an-hour episode. No fluff. No filler. Each episode of the AoM podcast is like getting the CliffsNotes to the most insightful books and minds in the world. Each episode provides fodder for expanding your thinking and improving every area of your life, from health and fitness to relationships and career.
